Timeline 
January 13
Present to team leaders & receive feedback
January 15
Present pitch to innovators incubators team. Presentation
January 21-24:
Solidify a designated space
January 27:
Present at faculty meeting and to SIC
January 28-31:
Idea board for staff feedback/suggestions
February
Begin talking to district technology department about purchases, district wiring, etc as well as develop itemized purchase list
February:
Visit the downtown library to look at the facility’s use of space
March:
Purchase materials for the space and begin to make decisions about logistics (This will include management,check out procedures, hours, etc.)
April
Setup the room and begin marketing, if room is available.
May
Ribbon-cutting ceremony to be held after testing
Summer
Work closely with SIC and PTO to make the room available during the summer; promote this throughout the summer

:
2014-2015 school year:

  • Host an Open House or scavenger hunt to inspire interest
  • Create a partnership with the public library
  • Seek out community support for raffles for families
  • Partnership with Verizon to provide hot spots for parents to check-out
  • Plan parenting events
  • Continuous promotion
  • Seek out parent volunteers
  • Host an annual event to replenish materials
