Purchase materials for the space and begin to make decisions about logistics (This will include management,check out procedures, hours, etc.)

Setup the room and begin marketing, if room is available.

Work closely with SIC and PTO to make the room available during the summer; promote this throughout the summer

2014-2015 school year:
- Host an Open House or scavenger hunt to inspire interest
- Create a partnership with the public library
- Seek out community support for raffles for families
- Partnership with Verizon to provide hot spots for parents to check-out
- Plan parenting events
- Continuous promotion
- Seek out parent volunteers
- Host an annual event to replenish materials
